Eileen Weir, Mayor, Independence, Missouri Eileen Weir was elected to her second term as Mayor of the City of Independence, Missouri in April 2018. She served on the Independence City Council representing the city’s 4th District from 2012-2014. She is the City’s 50th mayor and second female mayor. Mayor Weir is a native of Binghamton, New York and earned her B.A. in English and Communications from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York.

An enthusiastic entrepreneurial leader, he has established strengths in strategic planning, fundraising and financial management, product and program introduction, marketing, organizational transition management, and board development.
Norman H. Ross, Jr., Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications, Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company Norman is responsible for leading the Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company's public affairs and communications function. Before joining Heartland Coca-Cola, Norman was the Vice President, Federal and Regional Government Affairs, MGM Resorts International. Norman obtained a B.A. from Morehouse College and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
